She Plays was born from a bold vision: to unlock the untapped potential of women game creators and redefine leadership in the gaming industry. Frustrated by the lack of representation and support, our founders set out to build an incubator where women-led studios could thrive on their own terms.
From our first cohort to our milestone Demo Days, She Plays has empowered dozens of women founders with mentorship, funding, and a vibrant community. Our alumni have gone on to build innovative games, secure investment, and shake up what’s possible in the world of interactive entertainment.
